My name is Adedoyi Adeyelu and live in Nigeria, i have a T.Mobile Dash phone and i am trying to use the GPRS to cornet to the internet but it will not work. Thanks

Gprs manual settings LG handset model KG195

hi,
i am giving u the steps for Airtel Live settings for ur mobile.
Go to the Browser in your mobile
DataAccount –> GPRS –> Edit the Existing Account
Account Name : Airtel Live (what ever u want)
APN : airtelfun.com
Username : leave blank
Password : leave blank
Auth Type : Normal
Then Done –> save the setting
Browser –> WAP –> Setting –> Edit Profile –> select a profile then Edit
Rename : GPRS (what ever u want)
Homepage : http://live.airtelworld.com
Data Account : Airtel Live (This is the Name of the Previosly we edit)
Connection : HTTP
proxy address : 100.001.200.099
Proxy port :8080
Username : leave blank
Password : leave blank
You are done. Go to the Browser it will open the AirtelLive home page

Vodafone Live GPRS active, but not able to connect the web

vodafone live setting for windows based mobiles version 6::::

select "start" ---->>> select "settings" ------->> select "connection"----->>> select "connections"

Now Select "Add a new modem connection"

Connection name::"Give any name"
Moden:: select "Cellular line (gprs)"
Select "Next"
Access point name:: "portalnmms"
select "Next"
Username:: (blank)
Password:: (blank)
Domain:: (blank)
Select "Finish"

Now Select "Setup/Edit my proxy server" below that "Add a new modem connection"

Select the two check boxes
1.) This network connects to the internet
2.) This network uses a proxy server to connect to the internet

Now you ll have proxy server box below that you will have "advanced"
Select "advanced"
Select "HTTP" --->> Server:: "10.10.1.100" port:: "9401" select "ok"
Select "Wap" ---->> Server:: "10.10.1.100" port:: "9201" select "ok"
Give ok to all options.

Now select "start" select "internet explorer" and try it for the connection...
When internet is connecting it ll show "Connecting to GPRS"
You ll be getting "locating" and "opening" and the webpage

Getting "GPRS NOT SUBSCRIBED" message

Data Account Setup:
From the Main Menu select > Services > Data Account > GPRS
Scroll to an empty account (IE: Account icon_cool.gif and select Edit
Set Account Name to T-Mobile Internet
Set APN to internet2.voicestream.com
Leave Username and Password blank
Press Done
Select Yes to Save
WAP Profile Setup:
From the Main Menu select > Services > WAP > Settings
Select Edit Profile
Scroll to an empty profile (IE: Profile icon_cool.gif and select Edit Profile
Set Profile Name to T-Mobile Internet
Set Homepage to http://www.t-mobile.com
Select Data Account > GPRS > T-Mobile Internet
Set Connection Type to HTTP
Leave Proxy blank
Leave Port blank
Leave Username and Password blank
Press Done
When Prompted to Save select Yes
Scroll to T-Mobile Internet and select Activate Profile
