Tasco made (or badged) a vast range of telescope models, all much the same. I doubt you will find anything with a particular model number on it, but there is a generic manual covering the common Tasco configurations at THIS LINK
Go to this webpage: http://www.tasco.com/support.cfm If your telescope is older than 2002, parts will be difficult. Tasco may be able to direct yo on their 1-800 line.
They do not make manuals for those small Tasco telescopes. However Meade maintains a list of manuals for their telescopes. Look under REFRACTOR for one similar to your telescope. They all assemble in the same way:
