Copystar How do I reset my printer to default

Check your default paper size. It may have been set for A5.

This is fuser unit error code, you can try reseting it by running mode 163, if it doesnot work you need to replace the fuser unit.

press 1087 twice, enter maintence mode press 251 and reset to 0

Push the System Menu/Counter Button
Using arrow keys find the Machine Default-press enter
Use the factory set PIN (should be 2500)-press enter
Arrow to PIN# change-press enter
Using key pad choose new number-press enter then press the reset button

reset it with... 10871087 then type 906... press start then reset then start

press system menu/counter
select service settings via up and down cursor keys

now while pressing start key and # key press enter

then select maintenance mode by using the up down cursor key

then use the arrow keys to get to u020

and select and then run the reset...

these machines do not automatically restart so you will have to flip the power switch manually to reset the machine

yes you can !
turn OFF the copier and unplug the power cord and the network cables!! Take off the scanner board - there is a jumper to reset the scanning system to default factory settings. Install the scanning system and power the copier. Wait till is Ready to Copy + 2 minutes. turn OFF and unplug the power cable, restore the jumper on the scanning system board. Put it back and power up.

You need to run sim U163 to reset fixing heater problems. Press and hold stop, start, and left exposure key in that order. Release and press stop again. Use zoom keys to enter 163, press start. Exit the mode by entering 001 and start, or power off/on.

what code? many codes to be reset such as 1087 1087 then enter163 to reset fuser. you need to know what your resetting first, some machines used 096. let me know what you resetting. rrralf
