Hi Sam,
Try running this steps on the printer:-

Turn on the printer.
Open the printer,remove the labels roll and re-load it again making sure its correctly done.
Close it and then turn it off and on.
Try printing.If still cant print,
Turn it off,press and hold the green feed button and then turn it on.
Release button after first flash of led light.
The printer runs a print test.
Now try printing.

To isolate problem run a test label from printer.Does the same thing happen? If so it is a printer problem.If not the problem is in the document itself.

This is always a calibration or label template size issue.

First calibrate your printer: Calibrate Zebra Desktop Printer
Make sure your software template size matches the size label in the printer.

Lx900e primera when print - blank labels

Are you using the program that accompanies the labels. Or by the same company?
I suppose your labels come 3 to a sheet, and you're only printing 1. Have you tried printing 3 at a time?

Zebra 2746e will skip leaving a blank label while printing.

You need to calibrate. Hold down the feed key while powering the printer on, then let go. The printer will calibrate, print a config label, then fo into dump mode. Press the fee key again to go out of dump. Of your issue persists, there could be a problem with yoru media, or with the commands that you are sending to the printer.

I have a zebra TLP 3844-Z printer. My printer always prints a blank label when I switch it on. I did auto calibration after which it print two blank label on switching on. So I tried manual calibration....

Sounds like it is set to do a label length check at power on. Go into your printer preferences and set it to "do nothing" on power up.

Check first ribbon and the label are OK. After check the darkness settings are correct. And finally prints a test print.

TLP 2844 skips 15-16 labels then prints intended label

It sounds like they may need to set their "Q" values for the labels they are using. If that isn't it, we may need more info - are they using Zebra brand or custom labels?
To start with, I would ask them to try adding these "Q" value commands: q456 Q152,24
If that doesn't work, then maybe they can provide the other info mentioned above so we can understand the problem better.
