Sony K800i always "hang"

Hi,
My Sony Ericsson K800i will almost always "hang" in what ever I do. Sometimes up to 30 sec. My micro SD is only 64 MB. Affraid to upgrade to 1 gig. It might STOP functioning altogether!! HELP!!

It hangs because ur phone is having a hard time managing and organizing ur files.
For me it could be better if you upgrade to 1gig and ur phone will perform better.
For the reason that the files in your phone is organized well,therefore, faster performance.

How to access free internet using k800i sony ericsson? what should we do.. is there aany activation for a wifi access in k800i?

k800i has no wi fi.

you will always pay whatever the networks charge for internet aswell and if you need settings either look on sony ericsson's website or your networks website

Phone goes off quite often & switches back within 20 secs.

software update, is the only way to try, othere wise it is hardware related, had the sam problem did a firmware upgrade, thenn it stopped hanging

I had a similar issue, whereby my phone would turn on for 30 secs then the screen would go white and the phone would switch it self off then on.

After a lot of messing around even throwing the phone around the place. I took out the memory card and the phone worked fine. When I put the card back in, the phone started misbehaving again, so I guess the card is knackered.

The memory slot is covered with a labeled ruber...pullout that ruber with the finger nail...there you have the slot inside...
