could be the connector or the dashboard bulbs themselves. remove the dashboard and check whether the bulbs are accessible. the dashboard itself should not be strip. the bulbs are easily accessible or not at all.

and you should be able to find it in there. If not there is a section on the 360 dashboard and when you creat your profile you select your settings for family settings. There is underground where there are no restrictions, but this is the only one i remember. Try editing the profile and finding it in there or try the website.
