If the machine wasn't excessively noisy before and when you select spin only you can't hear the motor running its likely to be the carbon brushes in the motor worn down till they no longer contact stick a new set in if the carbon length sticking out the brass holder is less than around half an inch long
looks like your bearings have gone if you can not move with hands looks like you need a new machine as to pay someone to fix this is a lot hope this helped
It could have an imbalnce in the drum because the load is uneven, or your machine could be uneven on the floor,, try checking for the level of your machine
You might need to check if it is level also that if all the feet are stable on the floor. if all this is fine it is probably the suspension witch is on the way out and needs replacing. hope this helps
Remove drive belt and spin drum by hand, if it is noisy, or feels rough, then the main bearings have failed, if no noise, then check for noisy motor bearings.

Thanks.
it sounds like your concrete block is loose. unplug machine and remove lid check block on top of drum there is also 1 at the front of the machine below the door seal. WARNING DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE BOLTS.
Bearings faulty or another fault this model suffers from is the concrete balance weight retaining bolts shake loose, if it is the bolts tighten up as soo as possible.
