Treadmill will not come on

The belt tension is fractionally too slack.

motor brushes are bad. when they wear out, the motor loses torque and draws more amps. they can be replaced fairly easily once you get the motors out.

Likely your motor wore out, or that the circuit for the motor driver is shot. If the panel is starting it is likely that the motor is not getting any power at all.

This can be caused by a few things...call for service 877-805-1030

If the screen is lit and the screen shows that the belt is moving then it’s the motor controller. If the screen does not show that the belt is moving then it’s the console.

With the motor cover off and the power on, make sure there is a red light/led lit on the controler, if yes then press the start button then press #3 on the speed side. If not lit, you dont have power to the controller. If you had a red light, and pressed the speed button, the light should start flashing just before the walk belt starts to move. If the speed button is pushed and the light on the controller does not flash, you have a problem in the console. This is only fixed by replaceing the controler.

hi it sounds like the belt is too loose, i had the same problem when the wife uses the treadmill works perfect, untill i step on it really slows down and once i step off it runs fine. so i tightened the belt just a fraction and now works fine. check your instruction manuel it will explain how to do this. normally its two screws at the backend of the roller. hope i have helped.

You actually used the opposite treatment that was needed when you used the lubricant spray. You want the belt to not slip but instead grab to the belt driver. Now, the lube should be removed and instead the powder that causes the belt to grab hold should be applied. You may want to call any treadmill store and ask them what they charge to do a maintenance on a treadmill like yours.
