P.S. I've had fun with two different bread machines (USA and Japanese) both worked somewhat. You need to really measure out but more important is which order the mix goes in. Some like the liquids on the bottom. Others like it on top. I've found the Japanese machines like liquids on the bottom. BUT you really need to watch the dough ball form. (It gets messy here) Open the lid and watch the ball form in the early part of the mix. Add more flour to get a really nice sticky ball rolling around. This should happen within the first two mins. Sticky is okay. If you find it's dry and just spinning in the middle without touching the sides or corners then there will be dry dough at the end of the cook cycle. Okay but not nice looking.

HB typically places these manuals online. If not, seek the manufacturer's web address and ask them if they have an archived manual for you the HB D103. You should get this at little or no cost.

It can't be repaired. If machine is under warranty try to get a new bread pan. If not, try calling manufacturer to see if you can buy a new one.

Try 'proofing' your yeast; I've gotten a couple of NON-stale dated envelopes that caused the same problem.
If they are baking through, there isn't likely anything wrong with the bread maker unless the rising temperature is no longer right. During the rest time, feel inside the container to see if the dough is getting enough warmth to rise.
