I had connected cable internet in my acer 5570 from one of the ISPs. Unlike my friends laptops, my laptop does not show internet connection when i unplug the power cord but it immediately shows the connection when i replug it. Because of this, i cannot connect to the internet on power cuts (which is most frequent in my country) whereas my friends remain to internet at the same time. I want to be connected to internet even on power cuts. Is it problem on the settings of my laptop or some hardware problem or some other problem? Does the power cable and cable internet are related to each other? What can be the solution?

You must have the wireless adapter and the lan adapter set to turn off when you are on battery power to reserve the battery, click on the battery icon in the taskbar and check the power settings or use empower Acer Epower management and turn them both on.

i want to conect my laptop but it is not connecting
my acer Aspire 5570 cannot connect to the internat when i plug the internet cord but it will dictate a wireless connection, when the wireless connection is enabled, the service provider will sen but my acer cannot recieve, i need your assistance please
