Need to check on the power supply to the output drivers, if there is no response on the speakers it is possible that the output replay is under protection. You need to remove power plug and leave aside for an hour before the amplifier is plugged back. If all functions show on display but there is no sound check the PREAMP output- audio out. If there is audio then the fault is with a non switching of the power amp or a power amp protection. Since these are mounted boards with little access to testing you need to be skilled to go further to probe and proceed. Also Denon might refuse to service if the amp is tampered which also can be expensive.

How to changed pioneer carrozzeria AVIC-RZ09 language settings

Try using

Possibly purchase a replacement model from the United Kingdom and install it instead of the Japanese model.

Youtube videos might help show menu for similar model, but it still may be impossible to change the language to English. The Pioneer model from Japan doesn't appear to be designed for English. This same question has been asked for many years without a solution.

NO sound

the finals are burnt out.
the output transistor are blown out because they have probably been locked up in a cabinet and have not received enough air.
or if it is fairly new check your speaker connections

Trying to program dish network remote to sony str de 445 amp;

We would be happy to help with that. Here is a list of some of the codes that we have for Sony Amplifiers: 500, 645, 687, 639, 846, and 765.

Press and hold the AUX mode button until all mode buttons at the top of the remote come on, then release. Enter the number 2 then * then one of the codes for your Sony amplifier provided above.Press the pound (#) button, the mode light should flash three times. Check that the code works by trying severaldifferent functions on the remote to make sure it will properly operate your Sony amplifier.Keep in mind that some codes may not be compatible with your equipment. If thisis the case, please try the other codes listed for that device until you findone that is compatible with your equipment.

We hope this helps you, and thank you for being a valued DISH Network Customer!

Denon AVR-687 cannot power on, no power light lit around power

Check the main power switch next to the large power button. It is a small push button. If it is pressed in and you still have no light around the power button then very likely you have a dead power supply.

No sound from any source from speakers

check your connections again and ensure you have the audio going out. With many tv's you need to change a setting in the menu, double check that as well.

RXV 1500, I am unable to get 5.1 audio

Just got off the phone with Yamaha customer support, who were very helpful.  The display on the amp, in the lower right hand corner, displays the source input, not the output.  So, for example, you can be watching cable tv, and the cable tv is sending a 2-channel stereo signal to your receiver.  Your amp shows only L and R.  But since it has a processing system, depending on the processing program you have chosen it will probably distribute that sound to all five speakers.  You will be confused, because you hear sound from all speakers but you only see L and R lit up.  You will believe that you are not getting 5.1 sound.  And you will be correct: you aren't, because the source is not sending you a five-channel signal.  That's where I got panicked.  So the Yamaha representative said, insert a DVD that you absolutely know contains a Dolby Digital audio.  I inserted Shaolin Soccer DVD, went straight to a scene in the middle, and bingo!  The center and surround right and left speaker lights lit up!  So there is the 5.1 surround sound.  It will light up when it detects that kind of sound from the source.  Otherwise it will probably give you a sort of "fake" 5-channel sound that it creates from a 2-channel source.
Now the question becomes, are your connections getting the 5-channel sound to the amp correctly?  I just confirmed that my DVD, connected with a Coaxial cable to the Yamaha, does get 5.1 surround sound, if the sound is encoded in the DVD.  I have not tested this yet with video games or Blu-Rays; I will post again if and when I confirm that this works on a PS3.
