Depending on what account you are talking about. If you go back to the login prompt and look around, usually right under it, you'll see a link that says forgot password. Clicking on this will either help you to reset your password, or they will send your log in information to the email you used to register the account.
You can use the "forgot password" feature to have your email provider send you your password or a new password. Try looking around the login page for the "Forgot my password" link.
Cannot be done without professional software and and professional service, for obvious reasons. It will be quite expensive. There is no work around to get iinto the computer.

For the Windows password you will need to reformat your hard drive. If that would not be done or if there is another way of removing the password without removing and reinstalling the operating system or of using your laptop by working around, windows password does not make sense at all.
