go to the section of my computer on your pc there should be a drive for your camera or card if they are connected... at that point just navigate through the dcim to the images and look for the video there ...

I need a replacement for the USB2.0 cable to tranfer videos from the camcorder to a PC. What model do I need and where can I find one?

Hi,
supplied USB cable with camcorder part number is QAM0719-001 and available for $11 and another 3 feet USB cable part number QAM0538-001 is also available for $11, both will work with JVC GZ-MG330RU camcorder.
