We have just purchased a Lexmark 2500. No where can we find an explanation of what each button on the top of the printer does. Can you please guide us?

Interestingly enough the User's Guide for the X3350 contains the wrong instructions for changing the language on the LCD display. The correct way to reset the language is as follows:

1.Power off the printer.

2.Hold down the power and + buttons simultaneously for five seconds. This will clear the language setting.

3.The first prompt you will see is English. If this is not the language required, toggle the + and - buttons to navigate to your preferred language.

4.Press the arrow button to select that language. The printer will save the new language setting.
