When I go to MSI support, and put in MS-7060, I get the
MSI 661FM2 V LSR/ILSR,

Hover your mouse cursor on the Download tab.
(Overview / Specification / Download / Support / etc)

In the drop down lost click on - Driver

In the OS: box it automatically has Vista listed.
Click on the blue Down Arrow to the right side of the OS box; then click on the Operating System you are using.
I'm going to choose WinXP 32-bit as an example.
(XP 32)

Drivers that are listed with a .zip on the end.
These are ZIP files. A ZIP file is a compressed file. It is used to send large amounts of information more easily.
The file after downloading has to be 'unzipped', or also stated as uncompressed.

Let's use the VGA driver file for an example;
SiS 650/650GL/651/661FX/740/761GX/67x VGA Drivers

To the right of the subheading Download, click on the blue -
sis_vga_xp_mb.zip

On the next page click on the country name nearest yours.
A small window will come up -
Opening sis_vga_xp_mb.zip

Make SURE there is a Green dot in the small circle, to the left of - Save File.
If not; left-click in the small empty circle to the left of - Save File
Now go below in the window, and click on OK.

A small download window will come up.
Allow the file to FULLY download, then DOUBLE-click right on the file name.
In the next window go to the far left, and click on -
Extract all files.

At the bottom of the next 3 small windows click on Next, Next, and Finish.
Restart your computer if not asked to do so.
(Close all windows, go back to your desktop screen.
Start > Turn Off Computer > Restart, for WinXP)

With a driver file ending in .exe it's different.
(Execute)
After you DOUBLE-click on the file name, just click on Next, Next, and Finish, at the bottom of the 3 small windows.

(Looking at the driver files you can see the Micro Star International 661FM-LSA/ILSA, is also the MSI MS-7060 )

Hello my friend,this is could happen because of driver problem or and more common operating system failure.Try to reinstall the windows again but i recommend you to make a clean install (format hard drive and install the new windows)
