Your EEPROM is defective in the main board, if you have the equipment and skill to change it that's the way to go but unless youve done soldering on small devices replace the entire main board. I'ts possible this TV has a main-power combo board

Just replace the T-Con board and you dont need any soldering at all. JUst be careful for the flex connector.

is it the TV or the source? Does it do this on all inputs? try attaching DVD player.
Be sure all your connecting cables are good & installed all the way on both ends. if still have issue, may be your Main PCB

This is a common problem with this model you need a new main board. You can google around to find a part number, I would recommend getting the part number from the main board in the TV to guarantee compatibility. It will need replacement.
