That model would be RFS10SW.

You can order that glass / ceramic tray (part # AP4313544) here.

What material is the ceramic insulator at the antenna of microwave owen magnetrons?

Some are, yes. There are alternatives used, such as aluminium oxide.

Beryllium oxide is safe enough in a solid form, but is toxic and carcinogenic as a dust, so it is best not to handle broken pieces, and you must avoid trying to shape it.

I need to change the handle on my microwave modle khms155lss3. How do I get to the screws to take it off?

Normally you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the screws you need to remove.

Or you can watch a YouTube video (not a video I made) here that demonstrates how it's done.

You can find handy exploded views and order parts by model number here.

We've owned this miscrowave for about 8 years. just recently, every time we've tried to use it pops and flashes light. It seems to be coming from the panel on the right

you may have exposed metal in the microwave so it arcs. You will need to cover the exposed metal with ceramic paint. Just sand the area down so its smooth, then apply ceramic paint. that should solve your problem.

Replace light bulb on the Neff H7871 combined oven and microwave.

The bulb is positioned at the top of the oven, accessible only from the outside. You'll need to pull off the top and bottom trim strips, remove the bottom trim strip locators, remove 2 fixing screws from the left edge of the oven (with door open), and the 2 fixing screws from behind the top trim strip. The oven should then just slide out. You only need to pull it out 6 inches or so to gain access to the bulb cover. You'll need a T20 driver to remove the cover, then the bulb unscrews as it has an SES fitting. Bob

I have Amana Radar Range microwave. The repair guy was just here (fixing my real stove) and told me to change fuse to ''20 amp 250 volt fast acting ceramic fuse.'' Where is the fuse on this microwave?

first unplug your microwave and let sit for awhile to drain any stored energy that may zap you. then, if it is an "otr" there are 2 screws in the vent slats on top that you remove. once removed, you lift up on the control panel and it tilts out. voila! there is your fuse. pop it out and pop in a new one. ceramic 20 amp is correct. check your old fuse to be sure it is 20, not 15 though.

GE advantium SCA2001FSS

You can usually find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number here: http://tinyurl.com/gv383

There should also be a "mini-manual" hidden inside the unit behind the control panel, which is very helpful when troubleshooting.

Microwave went completely dead after changing bulb-

Nom...you probably blew the internal fuse. This time...turn off the power. Remove the button panel and search for the blown fuse. It might be ceramic or of some other type. If on a circuit board, there will be a xxxA with xxx indicating the amperage. Use a multitester available at Ace or Radio Shack to test. Replace with the same kind of unit. Your local auto store, appliance parts guy, Radio Shack or Sears parts can get you the part you need. Show them the old one.
