I have not repaired this model. My first thought are bad capacitors in the power supply board. If you do have the exact board to replace. I would certainly do so. Numbers check and you say they are the exact same, should be an easy fix. If this board came out of another TV of the same model, you must remember, it will have the same longevity as the board that does not work. I would compare the boards, and look for bad capacitors on the board that does not work of course. You may check the capacitors with an ESR meter (about 50 to 75 bucks). The purchase and price of one of these will pay for itself. You can fix other electronics. Thanks for asking Alan. I'll be here if you have more questions.
Thank you very much. So if replacing SC board will not fix the problem next shoot should be power board? I check already capacitors but without ESR (just visual looks good)
You may have good capacitors in the power supply. In your case, be sure the caps in the power supply are not bulged. I feel the problem is still in the power supply board. But of course in your case do exchange the y-sus. Generally, this board (y-sus) will control your vertical picture. Top half or bottom half, you will experience half a screen.
Hi again. I replaced SC and Power Board and still same :(. Try to replace SU and SD board or D board??
How to check where is the problem? I have multimeter, and some electronic knowledge
