if your phone says "insufficient memory" then your memory card and internal memory is probably full meaning u have to many pictures or videos or something that is eating up the storage that u have on the device. apps can really use up memory. so try uninstalling some apps and that sould clear it up. but if u want to keep the stuff just save to phone and buy a biger memory card. hope this helps

I do not think so,As I know HTC can just support MP4 and 3GP video files.You need to use a video converter to help you convert the FLV files to the right one which can be played.

Yes it is possible , but not using your regular phone network . You need to use a third party software ( skype , google chat etc ) and you will be able to chat using that .
