Frig buzzing even when it's unplugged

I have encountered numerous issues like this one. Normally, when you unplug a refrigerator, all mechanical noises should cease operating. A buzzing sound may be emanating from some other appliance, clock, or other product in close proximity, transmitting a frequency toward your unit. Basically if there is no power supplied to the unit, it virtually can make no noise.

I turned on my Samsung PN51D7000FFXZA recently it had no picture and started making a high pitch buzzing noise coming from inside the tv. What could be causing this?

Unfortunately, it's probably the power supply board. Usually one of the transformers or coils on that board.

Get a quote from a TV repair shop, should be able to quote without bringing it in. Check reviews on the repair shop.

Don't open it up yourself! There are hazardous voltages even when the TV is unplugged!

Samsung 40" lcd - Connecting to PC saying 'MODE NOT SUPPORTED'

First of all, check that the TV is set on PC input when you use PC video input at the back.

Then you may also need to go to video and display properties>>settings, from control panel (personalize on Vista).

There lower down resolution and ensure that frequency is set the same as tv.
