There should be a sticker on the bottom of the modem that says "Device Access Code" and then a number. If you reset you router, you can use that number as your password. Username will be "admin". You need to hold the reset button on the back of the router down for over 30 seconds while it's on to reset all router settings.
Once you log into your router, you will need to setup your internet connection WAN with the username and password from your ISP before you can access the internet again.

Regards,
Lardzor.

Hi,

Click on this link and download the utility program to find out your Router password. But to do so, your laptop/desktop needs to be wireless to Router.

If you take a paper clip, or something sharp, and insert it into the little reset hole in the back of the router, and hold for 15 seconds or so, that'll reset the router. Wait for all the lights to stop flashing and remain on, then try to connect to the internet.
Or you could type www.routerlogin.com into your internet address bar and it'll ask you for the username and password, the defaults are admin and password..
Then, from the menu, find Restore Factory Settings, and Apply it. Wait for the process to complete 100%, this sometimes takes up to 30 seconds after it says it is complete, and then exit the browser. Now open the browser again and you should see your homepage.

Reset password for motorola 3347-02-1022

Look for a small hole about 1/8" in diameter. Insert a pin or paper clip in the hole and push the button. (Probably says reset around the hole)

I forgot my pass word for my router

1-With the unit on, place a paper clip into the hole on the back of the unit labeled Reset.
2-Hold paper clip down for 10 seconds and release.
3-The unit will reboot on its own. Once the WLAN light stops blinking, the unit is reset.
Resetting the router does not reset the firmware to an earlier version. It will change all settings back to factory defaults

I have AT&T DSL service with a Motorola 3347 modem. The wireless function was working just fine when I set it up yesterday, but now it's decided that I only get limited access (i.e. nothing) on the...

power down the modem . Check ADSL filters match the ADSL service eg ADSL 2 service has ADSL 2 filters.
Power on Modem wait 5 minutes for it to resync with DSL and see if internet is back up.

Qwest DSL / Issues with Motorola 3347

The modem overheats due to lack of ventilation. I fixed mine first with Ice packs then a small twelve volt fan and some inexpensive heat sinks glued to the top of the two processor chips.

You need to cool the modem down!
