1515n - I have the Magenta colour 'shadowing' the blue test. A mirror image of the blue text. [slightly staggered] Black is fine. Applies to all Word docs when printing in blue - can you help please? I only use genuine cartridges. Thanks Jules Radstock
suggest you install a color cartridge and set up the printer for color. When the color cartridge runs out of ink, you should be able to continue printing in black only.
This is a very common problem with this model printer, it is caused by toner on the scanner mirrors. You need to clean the scanner assembly unfortunately it isn't very easy to dissemble the printer to get to it.
You really should not run labels through this machine unless they are full sheets. If you are running used pages the glue will build up on the tranfer belt and cause the hazing.
