Copying your videos from your computer to the ARCHOS 43 vision does not require specific software, just drag and drop the video files you want onto your ARCHOS 43 vision.

Well, one thing u need to know is that Archos 3 vision cant support all file formats and codecs. U need to transcode video files to compatible format with Archos 3 vision. I recommend u Pavtube Video Converter(http://www.pavtube.com/video_converter/) which can transcode between any video files, and it still offers u foramt presets for Archos.

If it is still under warranty, you can fix it for free.

Get a pin and reset using the little hole on the rear bottom cover.

Archos 3 will not play DRM protected songs. You may need to find a converter. I don't know if this is possible.

return it or sell it as broken on ebay.
