You will need more than an owner's manual, you need a service manual. This is not something the maker expects a customer to adjust. It likely involves some screws near the heads--but don't screw it up or you might as well buy a new player. In fact a new VCR may be cheaper than a manual and smaller than your model, too.

I have the Zenith xbv613 model DVD/VCR player and also need to change the clock set up. For the xbv613 I had to switch the player to VCR. The menu button did not bring the clock set up in DVD. When I switched to VCR and hit the menu button the clock set up showed, where I used to right arrow button to change the time. Hope this helps.
