Memory upgrade for packrd bell Easy One Silver 2120 DVD

I'd like to add memory to my laptop.

I've got to the Packard bell site and found the instructions for changing the memory and added my Pin number : 470300802 but the site won't let me add my Series number

How do I make sure I get the right upgrade for my laptop?

Thanks!

The best site to get the info on what memory you need is here at Crucial.com, run the tool and it will tell you what memory you have and the max and type you can fit

My battery wil not charge on my laptop

Two things could be wrong. Either your battery is bad or the port that your battery connects to on your motherboard is bad.

Buy a battery and see if it charges. If it don't then you have the bigger problem.

Here is a link to a battery.

I'm sure you can try ebay for a cheaper one.
