The place to return this is the manufacturer. If it is Norelco, for instance, find there number and call there customer service number. They will give you the needed information on where to send it back and how to ship it.

Please note, HWC-22 is not a Dyson model number. Our vacuum cleaners are given model numbers beginning DC--, followed by two numbers. You'll be able to find this printed prominently on your machine.

For guidance on maintaining your DC05's filter, please take a look at the video below. We'd recommend washing the filter using cold water without detergent at least once every 3-6 months. Please make sure it's completely dry before replacing it - this may take up to 12 hours.
The filter in the base is designed to last the lifetime of the machine, and should not require maintenance or replacement. Attempting to wash this is likely to cause damage, so we'd strongly advise against this.

You can do several things, the easiest is to answer the phone and tell them you're not interested and not to call you again. According to 188Notes, it's Comcast. Call the customer service number on the back of your Sansui tv if you think it's a warranty issue.

Just log in to Amazon and click on Your Account in the upper right of the page. From the Your Account page, you should see prominent links for canceling orders.
According to the log file, there was a spindle servo failure. The spindle servo is responsible for maintaining rotational speed accuracy. I'd say your drive is pretty much dead. See if you can read a disk in the drive. I wouldn't be surprised if it had a tough time just reading files.
