Other person cannot hear me talk if they are talking

I know it's rude to interrupt...but... when using my motorola h500 headset with my new LG shine CU 720 phone, I've realized that the other person must be completely quiet in order to hear me speaking. The headset worked perfectly fine with my Razr phone. I brought both items back to the store but they didn't have any ideas for me... Any ideas are appreciated.
Thanks!

This is a common problem with speaker phones as well since they (as is your headset) forced to switch back and forth so microphone and 'speaker' are not on at the same time to prevent feedback. The squeal from feedback would be far more irritating. Your previous phone in conjunction with your headset were simply (and accidentally) a better combination.

H500 will not pair/find with LG Shine

Turn the LG Shine off, wait 10 seconds and try again. Power cycling the phone really does help sometimes. Let us know if this doesn't work.

Motorola H-500

If you've set the audio input and output to the bluetooth and it still doesn;t work then you probably should try a different headset -- non-Motorola. Their radios sometimes are too weak. You can also try sitting closer to the PS3.

Call just drops. I can hear but person I am talking to can not.

While talking, turn up your volume on the headset. If this does not help return your bluetooth for defective voice pickup censer.

H500 bluetooth headset

Turn down the volume on the PHONE, not the headset. Motorola 325i w/ H500. Again, turn down the volume on the PHONE, not the headset. In my case almost all the way down.
