I think the Code may be wrong....Nokia has only 5 tries.... Don't think that you will find one, they are too 'new' and it is expensive to unlock, at least from the results that I have found so far.

Since you have recovered your stolen phone, you can contact your service provider or the same person you have contacted to have it blocked on the first place. They may require you for some documentation especially the proof of purchase for this product to have it unblocked.

The place where you have your phone blocked will surely assist you unblocking.
