The official site does not have the driver for windows7 and I suppose you would have checked this site:

Now uninstall the webcam and try to install another version of the webcam driver for the same model and see if the driver will connect. Do not CONNECT THE WEB CAM WHILE THE DRIVER IS LOADED and RUN. Connect only after the driver is installed and run.

I did as you told, afterwards windows 7 ultimate automatically installed VIMICRO USB PC Camera (VC0303) driver. But when I tried to use for skype....the picture was loading for a long time but did not capture...
Why is this??? Pls suggest!

1st You download Webcam Driver.

After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Creative Camera Drivers for Windows XP Vista Windows 7
THERE IS a working driver for the Intex -IT305WC under Windows 7 and
Windows 8 (both x86 and x64) and I doubt it wouldn't work under Vista
too.
