I have managed to find some information about your problems. The error 0208 I couldn't find, but C0208 refers to the paper lift tray 4. Neither could I find C0200, but all the C020x errors relate to Elevator failure (or paper lift tray). If you go here:

You need to replace the drum-corona wire assembly. It is a consumable part, but it is a bit more complicated than just replacing a toner cartridge. You will have to determine which color the bad drum is associated with as well.

You have a problem with the 4th paper drawer. It could be overloaded.
Remove all the paper and reset the machine (open shut front door).
It should warm up ok now. Then reload the paper once you have reset the machine. If the problem comes back you'll need a technician, or you could simply forget you have a 4th paper drawer. Anyways, at least you should be able to use the machine
