Remove the cassette and look on the side walls, you should see a square box inset flush in the wall. This is just clipped into position and will pull out, the fuse is on here.

The 5-amp fuse that provides 12V power to the display on your Thetford N180 fridge is most likely located in the main fuse box. Some Thetford fridges have a separate fuse specifically for the display, but others use the main fuse for power to the display and other components.
I would recommend checking the main fuse box again to make sure that the appropriate fuse is in place and that it is not blown. If it is in place and not blown, you can check the wiring leading to the display to ensure that there are no loose connections or damage to the wires.

If it doesn't light, the LED flashes and the display shows an error code 9 which suggests a problem with the gas. The gas has been checked and the pressure is fine (I've also tried in on a different gas bottle).

This is quite difficult and fiddly. The fuse unit is situated above where the cassette gets inserted. Remove the cassette and at the top front left hand side you will see the wiring in the cavity. This will give you access to the fuse unit and reed switch. I am assuming the toilet won't flush. If this is the problem then the answer is above. If the problem is the light will not illuminate when full then it is the reed switch that needs replacing or by passing. Hope this helps.
hi the water from the flush holding tank is not getting through to the pump on my c402 thetford toilet . i have tried putting water in from the glass indicator tube and the the flush works . anyone got any idea what the problem might be thanks

Click Customer Support then Product manuals and download manual in PDF format. Wiring of C2 has fuse, safety switch, flush switch and flush pump in series. If fuse is blown you probably need to replace pump. Instructions come with replacement pump.
