test the voltage at the terminal cooling fan, if there are the fan is faulty, if there ARE NOT , test the switch, where is loose the voltage, use the multimeter. God bless you
this condensation. and your cooker is removing the moisture in the air in the room. this if not fixed will rust your cooker from the inside out , you will need to fit an extractor fan to your room or if one already fitted get a larger one. or use a dehumidifier
this noise probably means that the fan is about to stop working, this is what happened to mine. You can easily buy replacement fan off E-bay (it seems easier to find the right fan on e-bay that any of the confusing supplier sites). You then just need to remove the inside oven back and the outside electrical to replace the fan.
