Regardless of the brand, all dishwashers operate on the same principles.. in this case you said you checked for clogs and there are none..however.. have you checked the fileter screen for the drain, the hoses to the pump, the pump itself, the exit hose off the pump, the drain hose coming from the dishawasher to your house drain and is your house drain restricting water flow? Also.. is the pump actually operating at any time? These are the funadamental items to check..any one of them can cause your dishawasher to not drain properly. Hope this helps..

Kenmore elite 100 series.. fills with water for wash but drains immediately

If your Kenmore Elite 100 series washing machine is filling with water for the wash cycle but immediately draining without actually washing the clothes, there could be a few potential causes:

1. Faulty or clogged water level pressure switch: The water level pressure switch is responsible for sensing the water level in the tub and signaling the washer to stop filling once the appropriate level is reached. If this switch is faulty or clogged, it may be signaling the washer to drain the water immediately. You may need to replace the pressure switch or clean the hose that connects it to the tub.

2. Clogged drain hose or pump filter: A clogged drain hose or pump filter can prevent the washer from properly draining the water, causing it to immediately drain as soon as it fills. Check for any clogs or blockages in the drain hose or pump filter and clear them if necessary.

3. Broken or faulty drain pump: If the drain pump is broken or not functioning properly, it may not be able to properly drain the water from the washer, causing it to immediately drain. You may need to replace the drain pump if it is broken.

4. Malfunctioning control board: In rare cases, a malfunctioning control board may be causing the washer to immediately drain after filling. If none of the above solutions work, it may be worth having a professional technician inspect and potentially replace the control board.

Check to see if it is filling with water and not draining it right back out. Give model number so I can look for a diagram to repair. Just fixed mine as it was doing the same thing.

Kenmore Dishwasher is not draining... checked drain line at disposal..not it. Have diassembled much of the housing at bottom of tub but still can't get to drain. Any suggestions?

Hi
Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller & clean the chopper assembly. Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps... Please post back for any further assistance.

Clogged dishwasher, water remain , doesn't flow,

Please check the drain pump., check the voltage while the program is on drain. If there is no voltage the program controller must be checked. If there is voltage then the drain pump is clogged or defective. Open clean or replace.
