Hi igartarazek,
If an error code is displayed on your Canon Pixma MP190 computer printer, trying to diagnose and fix the problem can be daunting. If, after performing simple troubleshooting to ensure there are no paper jams and the ink cartridge is properly installed and not out of ink, doesn't fix the error code, the printer can be reset. Resetting the printer restores the printer to factory settings. Any additional adds-ons or programs downloaded to the printer will be deleted and need to be reinstalled after it's reset.
1. Press the "Power" button to turn the printer on.
2. Press the "Menu" key. Press the "Scan" button, "Copy" button and "Scan" button again to enter service mode. The last three buttons must be pushed back to back. Do not allow more than two seconds to lapse between pressing the next button.
3. Use the "Up" and "Down" buttons to scroll through the menu options. Stop when "NVRAM Access" is highlighted. Press the "Enter" button to select this option.
4. Highlight and select "Set ABS-M Level." Scroll through the available levels and select "Equal To Zero."
5. Highlight and select "Set ABS-R Level." Scroll through the available options and select "Zero."
6. Press the "Power" button to turn the Canon Pixma MP190 printer off.
Hope it helps.
