Wont reset and has erratic blinking lights. Tried power reset, reset button, etc.

Slow blinking cisco icon after power outage?
try disconnecting router from power. put in the freezer for 20 minutes then reconnect. works every time. I've tried disconnecting from power - wait 30 min - reconnect but doesn't always work.

Does the power light blinks when you press the reset button?
If power light is blinking continuously then I think your router is not working and you need a new one.

Why wont it turn on? i have tried charging it and turning on the power button and it wont work...
look for the factory reset process if this wont work perhaps the internal cell has failed
did you get it wet ??? or something
1 drop of salt water will kill any mp3 etc player stone dead
as it disolves the very fine copper connections and chips solders joints etc in a blink !!! esp when its running with voltages around

My canon pixma mp495 has a continuos blinking alarm light and power light is constantly blinking. The window is blinking #2 then P then 0. I have tried unplugging it I have tried pushing the reset button...

My sony trinitron tv wont turn on. it blinks 4 times on standby. what do i do
Try a reset:
  1. Turn on the television.
  2. On the TV remote control, press and hold either the RESET or UP ARROW button.
  3. While holding the RESET or UP ARROW button, press and release the POWER button on the front of the TV. NOTE: The TV will turn off and then back on.
  4. Release the RESET or UP ARROW button.
If that doesnt solve it, you will need a repair.

Resetting the TV
If the buttons on the remote AND the buttons on the TV case do not work (channels do not change and you cannot open or navigate the menu), the TV has stopped responding. Reset the TV as follows:

NOTE:
Some TVs have a reset button. If available and accessible, try using the reset buttons before using the steps below. Using the reset buttons can save time.
1. Unplug the TV power cord from the power outlet.
2. Unplug any connected devices (DVD, Set-top boxes, etc...)
3. Press and hold the TV power button for five seconds.
4. Plug the TV power cord back into the power outlet and turn on the TV.
5. Open the on-screen menu to confirm that the TV is responding again.
6. Turn off the TV and reconnect the devices.
7. Turn on the TV.
If ever resetting is no effect then the problem is in the "DM board"
The constant blinking green light means that the TV is not booting up. This is a common problem on this set. Hope it may help you; Regards, VOTIT

TV won't turn on
The set is in protective shutdown because a problem was detected. The 5 blink code indicates that the problem circuit. In this case it is the blanking circuit. Were there any indications of problems prior to the storm? If not, I'll need to lok up this one for the specifics. Do you intend to repair this yourself?
