I have a richo 2018d all in one copier machine. when I powered machine a error code genereted sc 541 what is the solution

Hi,

SC 541 is a fixing unit error, clean the thermistor and then reset the code by pressing clear(yellow) then 107 and hold stop(red) key for 5 to 10 seconds then the display change. now turn off the machine from main switch, wait for five second and then turn on the machine.

this will reset the SC541. in case if the problem exist change your thermistor and check the thermostat.

Sc 541 power off on
sc 541 is a fuser error. you have to reset the code. here are the steps to follow.
press clear mode button once, clear mode button is the yellow one
press 107
press and hold clear/stop red button until you see the screen changes to copy sp mode written.
press copy sp on the screen and off and on the machine
it should reset the code.

Ricoh Aficio MP 2510 SC 541, SC 542 Errors
To clear level A SC codes such as this SC541, you need to
Enter SP mode, and then turn the main power switch off and on, only.
Please check if the thermistors are the proper ones and are installed correctly in their position properly.
This is also useful for SC542.
Please check the thermostats and fusing lamps for open circuit.

Code error
Push Buttons in this order:

Yellow/clear key
1
0
7
and Hold Red/Stop key, for 5 secconds.

If this works, turn machine off/on, the code should be reset. Alltho the code may come back, when the Copier attempts to print a page. If this is the case, you need your Fusing unit Repaired.

Error Code SC 541
Its a fuser code. Hold down both of the arrow keys for 10 seconds, then press enter. Select 2 for engine, ok, select 7 for data log, ok, scroll to 7807 and execute. exit all of the way out until you get back to engine, then select 3 for end. Recycle power.
