Lexmark x3480 my printer wont work, the spooler system is blocking it, can you help, as i cant get to work

Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark X3480 Printer Driver on your computer. Select your operating system > click on "FILTER" > click on the driver under Recommended Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on your computer screen to complete the installation.

I regret to inform you that the Lexmark X3480 printer is not compatible with Mac. This model only works on Windows operating system.
If you wish to check on some newer models that offers new features, more flexible and can work on multiple operating system including Mac, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for assistance.

At the bottom of the page, just make sure you choose the right operating system

The Lexmark X3480 is compatible with Windows operating system only. You can download the driver from the Lexmark website using the link: Lexmark X3480 Drivers. To select the version of your operating system, click on change OS.


Then click on FILTER.


Click on the driver under Recommended Downloads.
Download, execute the file and follow the instructions on your computer.

Unfortunately, the Lexmark X3480 is only compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 2000 and Windows 7.

seems to me a peice of paper is blocking sensor examine all parts of printer thourly!

I THINK THE ONLY PRINTER WORK ON VIST BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DEVELOPE THE VISTA DRIVERS FOR OTHER OPTIONS 

1. Click Start, Printers and Faxes and double-click on the Lexmark printer driver.
2. Open the Printer menu and select Cancel All Documents. This will purge the print queue so as to allow the printer to print or uninstall the driver.
3. If the print jobs are not removed from the queue, click Start, Run, type Net Stop Spooler, and press ENTER.
4. Click Start, Shutdown, and select Restart. The documents or the print jobs should be removed.

If you are having difficulty deleting the print jobs in the printer spooler, do the following:

1. Restart the PC in "safe mode". To do this:
1. Click Start, Shut Down and select Restart.
2. While the PC is restarting, press the F8 key on the keyboard. Note: Do not hold down the key down, but be aware that you may need to press it several times.
2. When in safe mode, click Start, My Computer.
3. Double-click on the (C:) drive.
4. Double-click on the Windows folder.
5. Double-click on the System32 folder.
6. Double-click on the Spool folder.
7. Double-click on the Printers folder.
8. Select the contents of this folder and click Delete.
