SOURCE: Air conditioner isn't blowing cold!

You will need the condenser coils repaired before you can charge it. These come from the factory sealed and they should not ever need a charge unless you have a leak. The hissing sound is more likely air in the system being pumped by the comressor and it is coming out a hole in the coils.

Today while riding my 92 rm250 it just died and wouldn't fire back up when I tried kick starting it. Could it b a fouled out plug or time for New piston and rings. How do I find our for sure?

When you kick it over you should feel compression, if the compression is there the piston and rings should be alright (or at least not the reason for the no start) To check the plug simply pull it out and smell it, if it wreaks of fuel, its probably fouled out, its pretty common to foul out a plug, and its the best place to start when replacing parts due to it being quite inexpensive. Good luck!

It has a bad mis and running rich dark foul smelling smoke what's wrong? 1991 chevy v6 s10

possibly a faulty injector for the miss but if you have a head/headgasket problem it would account for the exhaust. Do a compression test and radiator pressure test to eliminate that area of concern

On my 2004 gmc sierra 1500 the compressor cycles on and off. i tried to add more freon but it would not take the freon so i changed the low pressure switch but still doing the same thing. could the orfice...

When the compressor kicks on, is the air from the vents blowing cold? If the air isn't blowing cold, then your problem could be that you may have water in the system. I had a '93 Chevy Z71 that wouldn't blow cold and thats what my problem was. System needs to be evacuated and refilled. Good luck bro.

My MAC 700 laboured to kick in to build pressure, and then finally quit. It won't turn on with the switch in the

All compressors dump a little air when they shut off, it's the air in the pump head and discharge tube. This bleed off should only last two to three seconds. If this pressure isn't bled off the motor won't be able to restart when the pressure drops in the tank becuase there will be too much pressure in the pump head for it to start turning again. If you have a longer bleed off or if the motor is struggling to restart most likely you have a stuck or broke check valve. It's the piece where the discharge tube connects to the tank. It's designed to let air into the tank but not back out so the pressure valve can bleed off the air in the pump. On rare occasions you can remove it and clean it out but usually they have to be replaced. You would need Makita Part Number 409004-E.

After first full tank on air, and you used it, when it kicks back onto recharge the the tank, the motor runs slow and blows 15amp fuse.

Sounds like you need a bigger fuse. What happens is there is no load (air) in the tank so their is no compression and the motor isn't working as hard as when it reach's the cut off point and restarts. Now there is air in the tank which makes the motor work harder and that pulls more than 15 amps and blows the breaker.I would start with a 30 amp and go higher if need be.Thank You for choosing FixYa.com

A taping sound coming from the front of the motor and it got worst and kind of back fired sound like its popping and has a gas smell.

A valve train going bad. Gas smell due to gas not firing and blowing out ther back. Popping because exhaust valve isn't closing completely for compression stroke. Put a quart of RISLONE in the oil not to overfill oil level. Run it for an hour, cahnge your oil.
