VOLUME CONTROL Is there anywhere I can download more volume for mine and my husbands phones. I am hard of hearing and cannot hear the ringing very well or the person that I am talking to (we have them setting on the highest setting). He drives a truck and the noise is so loud that it is hard for him to hear his.

When you are receiving a call use the up/down or left/right rocker (the squarish thingy around the circular button in the middle) to increase/decrease the volume. This also works for the speaker volume if you have the speaker on.
when anyone ring us, we can't hear them they are faint . they can hear us fine. is there a function on the phone or machine were i can turn the volume up to hear them ???
To adjust the volume on the Nokia 2600 simply have someone call you and use the "arrow keys" to the left and right of the "menu" key. The volume will show as a line bar, the center of this bar is adequate for most people. When you hang up, the setting will remain.

Uniden 900MHz cordless phone can hear ringing. When I pick up the phone, volume is very low, hardly hear other side. Volume controls do nothing to raise it.
