Where are the fuses located on a samsung electric range oven FTQ3521WW model #

There are lots of models in the range, but it seems they all have a thermal fuse. See the link and the images tab.

If mounted on the wall above the range, this may be a 2-man job to remove, and the electrical repair may not be for DIYer. 1st ask "Why is fuse bad?" Usually the fuse is located with other electrical/electronic components behind the control panel. To access: unplug, remove MW from wall, remove bonnet (3-sided metal shroud), expose the electrical compartment on the right side, search for the fuse (usually 1 1/4 x 1/4D cylinder). Replacing the fuse may not be the final answer.

For a range the model number is often on the frame inside the oven door, below the vent or on the back of the top of the range.

87946 or 87847 are the part numbers for the cartridges (the elements or the surrounding housing).

Look at the model number locations at the "Help me find my model number" link and try to locate a model number on your range. Then enter that model into the search box. The manual is probably available with the correct part number. Most Jenn-air electric cooktops start with JEC in their model number.

No power and or NO lights at all,indicate a blown fuse.
Locate and replace the fuse inside the unit.

are you using the rack inside all the time only use the rack when you have something on it. other than that contact 1-800-samsung

This will occur if the inverter has experienced a surge or, if the cut off fuse has blown. you can check the cut-off fuse by removing the cover. it is located near the magnetron tube. replace it if it is blown. if the fuse is ok, this will confirm inverter failure. replace the inverter in this case.
