If you by mistake installed the wrong drivers in the Realtek chipset sound then you have to remove or uninstalled the sound application …..
Intel Original all the boards having the same problem ….
Over the internet one patch is available for Realtek sound drivers first you need to install that patch after this also sound not came then try re-installing the Sound application…

You can find your latest sound driver here. After downloading the driver you just install it one by one and after single installation please reboot your computer.
