sorry to say bt i think that your operating system is not able to open taht game

Did it work before? For example if you had vista?

I have a had a few problems playing some games with Windows 7 premium.

i found two solutions for different games. 1: right click the game and run it as the adminitrator or 2: temporarliy uninstall Adobe flash player. This worked for different games that I have running on 7. One of them was reliant for internet use, but worked fine once I uninstalled flash player.

Hello, My old controller is like this, and it can be detected in windows XP now that i am using Windows7 and it is still working fine, make sure that the device is being detected by your Operating System and the make sure that the USB port that you are using can detect USB device. There is one of 2 problems that you might have with this error. Ether you need to install/reinstall DIRECTX on your computer. You can download it from this link.

If this does not work then the problem is most likely the video card in your computer does not support the level of DIRECTX needed to play this game and you will need to upgrade your video card. If you look on the side of the game box it will tell you what the hardware requirements are to play this game.

make sure there is the directx is installled and updated... (you can install it from internet..) also make sure your pc has graphics requirements for the game... make sure the directx driver is active in device manager..

not compatible with vista. Have to either buy an old XP system or buy updated versions of game. May run on Windows 7 but not sure. I'm really disappointed. Add it to the list of vista problems.

What are you system specs? (ram, proccesser, graphic cards)

They should be the same or better then this.

RAM: 256 MB (for Vista, 1 GB highly recommended)
Video Card: OpenGL 1.3 compatible 64 MB AGP with hardware T&L
Hard Disk: 540 MB free space

Operating System: Windows 2000/XP/Vista with DirectX 9 or higher installer.

If you have these then you should ask a retailer (from where you got it from) for other requirments, or just get a refund.

i have had similar problems... it might be the disk also if the disk is really old it might not play properly becuase your computer is to new.but if that isent the problem your joy stick might only hook up to a desk top if you have considered these issues and nothng seems to effect it well ... get a joy stick that needs to be hooked up ... hope i helped

Click here for the link where you can select the precision from the list and download the software and calibration utility for Vista. I assume you were trying to install it with the old cd.

First, I'm going to assume this controller is usb and not wireless, blue-tooth, or gameport. Second, if you have a usb mouse or keyboard and it works fine, then its going to be that you need to find vista drivers for your device and install the drivers before plugging it in. If you have another usb device, try plugging it into the usb port and if it doesnt work either your computer is faulty or you need to update it. Vista is rather fickle when it comes to drivers and what not. Instead of windows coming out with the drivers, they let other people come out with them then they endorse those drivers. Try going to logitechs site, they are usually extremely helpful and easy to navigate. You can probably find drivers for your device easily. If you need any more help, let me know, I'll find you a few other solutions.
