Because this is a discontinued model going with a very new phone. I hope it works for you. Otherwise you may have to purchase a new headset. However when they discontinued that they did not make a replacement. You may want to look at the Voyager Pro HD.

May i ask have you tried a hard reset on your mobile?

If not, try typing *#7370#.
THIS WILL ERASE EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE!!!

So please make sure you have backed everything up before hand.

well the best way to connect your mobile with computer is through data cable.. you should have nokia N73 data cable (DKU-2) and download nokia pc suit from nokia website..
