How can output vat rate 13.5% instead of 12.5% in tally erp9

Hi.
This is an old rare UK model so i don't have the sequence for it. Do you have any manuals for it? I can help you to look up the correct settings if you have a manual. I may have some similar models but sometimes you can muck up other programming if you get it wrong.

You either need to upgrade your version of Tally.ERP9 or your need to rewrite your data.
I would suggest you to rewrite your data using the following method.
Take a backup of your data.
1. Run Tally. 2. On the select Company screen press "Alt +R" 3. Select your company 4. Rewrite your data.
It would work now.

Hi

You are not using any anit-virus, that is not good thing, ok first you have to install the Anti-virus in you computer.
1) install the free microsoft security essetials and clean the virus in your computer.
2) Take Tally Data file backup to other folder in D driver.
3) Remove the exisiting Tally.
4) Install new Tally and put you backup data file in Tally folder in C:/
5) Now open you Tally it will work same like before.
