Hi, lets get you some help. Sounds like something very dodgy - almost certainly a virus mechanism, you click on that you click on that and something will be installed on your machine.
You need to delete all the files you have downloaded. P2P downloads are at a very high risk of virus infection.
Once you have deleted the download I would run a full scan on the machine to see what has been installed.
