Other than tec guy are not advisable to do this exercise :Corosol align disturbed,open the printer up to corosol mechanism check rotary swing shaft left and right gears, there are markings which was exactly matching with rotary right & left disc markings. If its disturbed print quality issue will developed. If you have service manual read carefully before opening the printer.. Best of luck.

If you hear the noise when you power up when just the transport is running, you may need a new fuser. If the noise only comes during printing after the transport starts it could be a bad laser unit. The levels should not be changed by removing the cartridges.

Every print job, copy, and fax have the solid black line across the pages. I have changed the drum and the cartridge and even tried cleaning mode. Please help!!! I have a HP Laser Jet 2840 All in One

its the problem of the spinning wheel which pulls the paper that is called engine and that is either getting blocked by any dust particles or got broken internally and has to be cleaned or replaced to make it proper.
