I would suggest calling EA about this problem. It most likely has to do with your account with their servers.

EA shut down the the multiplayer servers on March 16, 2010. thats right nearly half the achievements are now impossible to get. hope this helps

it has nothing to do with friends or anything.EA closed their servers due to insufficient players.Even though there are a huge fan base and hundreds could be playing, they still have them closed.

to play on EA servers you need to create an account with EA first. first of all. if you have an ea account then try to log off of it, then sign on again.
if you don't then try to create an EA account first

yes they are talking about on xbox live for online play. put it this way the ea servers are like an engine that hasnt been run for 30 years. they are all gumed up and broke down. they probably are planing a new ea game and dont have enough memory for online play for all the games

I wouldn't recommend using a local connection for it.

ea stops allowing older versions of games to connect online you have to buy the newest one like 10

this seems like ea dont have enough power for the amount of people willing to play their games. it seems a lot of ea games are not connecting so i would say that ea need to upgrade themselves its not you as many people have the same problem
