Sound problem & hand free problem in sony W610i set

the problem is with the display...the board inside mite have a small bent or disconnection. its better to show it to a mobile expert in such cases.Just because its SONY it is very delicate.. things might get worst if we keep our hands on it..

Well if you are tied to a particular network all you have to do is to unlock your phone to use it any other GSM network. You can get the unlock code through online. all it means is that either the sim is no activated or you need to unlock your mobile to any network

As the screen may be defective as its fallen and if its within warranty you can get it done by the phone company or you get it done in local mobile service center...

Swap the sim cards over.
This will work providing both SIM cards are on the same Mobile Network (e.g T-Mobile UK)
If the SIM's are different - Try changing away as the phone may not be locked to a network.
If it is locked - Take it to a mobile phone shop to get it unlocked.

Or you can port over number from one network to another.
Speak to your mobile service provider regarding PAC Code.
