Razor v3 hi i have a razor v3 i bought it on ebay was supposed to be unlocked and wasnt i put in the wrong code to many times and now it says contact service provider i call tmobile they said i have to have a sim card number or account number can you help

PIN CODE is SIM dependenet and not phone dependent

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...

if you provide PUK code wrongly for 7 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM

alot of guys that sell "unlocked " phones sell a regular network-specific phone but they'll include a universal unlock wafer-thin sim that fits in your phone between your sim card and the phone contacts. Look in the box ..if you still got it look for a plastic sd card sized container and see if there's one with you phone... if not you can get one on ebay for about ten bucks..
