Hi,you can unlock your mobile by unlock codes and you didn't mention about your provider and country..i unlocked my mobile by codes from here mobileunlocksolutions and my provider is UK orange..you can too try but see to that whether your country and provider is listed..because for some service only codes are available..check with that and if your country's provider is listed then get codes and unlock your blackberry..

Only using MEP and IMEI you will get only 1 working code! No wrong code problems like when you select country network only!
